We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
However, if you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
Wigs and hair care products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to be considered for any resolution.
We will review each case and do our best to provide a suitable solution.
